Hello and Welcome!

I am a Physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP). I am also registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). My home based clinic is situated in West-Bergholt, Colchester set amongst green not grey!

After completing my Physio training at St. George’s hospital medical school in London I have worked in both the NHS and in the private sector. I spent time as an academy Physiotherapist for Crystal Palace FC before setting up in private practice once I had secured the necessary knowledge and clinical experience.

My speciality is in the field of manual therapy (hands-on stuff) and exercise prescription within the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I treat any injuries or chronic conditions and have no speciality as I pride myself as being a ‘Jack of all’.

My approach is very professional and empathetic. I have a no frills approach and will be honest with you from the offset. I respect all my clients to the fullest and treat those conditions which I feel will benefit.

I pride myself on being very holistic and have contacts with paediatric physiotherapists, podiatrists, lymphodoema specialists, consultants and others
